Bring your own watercolor paints, brushes, and paper. Supplies are not included.
Eyes that have life and depth enhance a portrait painting. Learn how to paint eyes that have a sense of wisdom or a zest of life.
Patty Dilcher graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and received her BFA at the University of Buffalo. Dilcher had a long career in the fashion industry and worked freelance for several advertising agencies before working at Fisher-Price. She has taught drawing and is an adjunct professor at Villa Maria College teaching fashion illustration.
Join a featured watercolorist at Thursday Salon; a watercolor studio and gathering place at the Burchfield Penney Art Center. On Thursday summer evenings bring your watercolor supplies, stop by Burchfield's Cafe to purchase a refreshing drink, and join your friends in the studio classroom for painting and conversation. Held in the Studio/Classroom.
Summer Salon Dates: June 11, 18, 25, July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and August 6, 2015.
